A day or so ago I posted on the other site an expression of concern regarding a conflict between two events on Saturday. What I failed to mention is that the Martha O’Bryan event helps at-risk kids and is certainly worthy of your support.
I just received word that they are struggling a bit to find volunteers, so I you can help them on Saturday night, read the follow information and be in touch with them.
The Martha O’Bryan Center still needs volunteers for the second two shifts (evening and night) for this weekend’s Taste of Music City. It is great fun and you work for tickets for food and beverages. Details are below….great for families to do together and a easy way for students to get community service hours….details are below.
Please send this to anyone you think would be interested and I hope to see you there (I’ll be there alllll daayyyy!)
Thanks very much!
