There has been a contest going around on the local top 40 station inviting folks who have outdoor intercom systems (drive throughs) to sing through the intercom on the air (the Drive Through Idol show). Mary Rose, our crazy Italian office manager, entered and today a radio intern showed up at the door asking her to sing. 
She pulled out Areths’s “Respect” sung at full volume, and then went on to share that we had the intercom (which is part of security system) for drive through confessions. I was on the phone with Jen Lemen during all of this, but could hear Mary Rose from down the hall. The entire thing will be on the 107.5 The River at 7 a.m. tomorrow morning.
