Yesterday was a glorious day. James Cole and a bunch of his family invited us to join them on Center Hill Lake for the day. We drove up early and rented a pontoon boat and a jet ski for a day on the lake. Center Hill is a great lake — clean and quiet and good for swimming. We found a quiet cove and tied up against the bank and all jumped in. We each took turns on the Jet Ski and my girls loved it (now if we could just convince Kay that we should buy one). A storm rolled in in the afternoon and hit just as we got back to the marina. All in all it was a great day, and I have the sunburn to prove it.
