This week we will be thinking about Christian practices. More specifically, we will be looking at the practices of the early church as described in Acts to think about the formative practices for communities of faith today.

I find that I like to talk about spiritual practices rather than spiritual disciplines (an important concept from my Wesleyan heritage). Practices seem a broader way to decribe all the ways that we practice (or rehearse) our faith life. I know that I need all the practice I can get.

It’s late, I’m tired, and I can’t write anymore. If I can, I’ll reflect on this tomorrow.
